Diyet yaparken yap\u0131lan hatalar \u015f&ouml;yle s\u0131ralanabilir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Uzun s&uuml;re a&ccedil; kal\u0131rsan\u0131z<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>H\u0131zl\u0131 kilo vermek i&ccedil;in yap\u0131lan hatalar\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda &ouml;\u011f&uuml;n atlamak ya da uzun s&uuml;re a&ccedil; kalmak gelmektedir. Yemeklerden sonra harekete ge&ccedil;en metabolizma, besinleri sindirebilmek i&ccedil;in enerji harcamaktad\u0131r. Hi&ccedil; beslenmemek veya g&uuml;nde 1-2 &ouml;\u011f&uuml;nle yetinmek metabolizmay\u0131 yava\u015flatmaktad\u0131r. H\u0131zl\u0131 kilo vermek ad\u0131na yap\u0131lan bu yanl\u0131\u015f tam tersi etki yaparak ki\u015finin kilo vermesini engellemektedir.&nbsp; &Ouml;\u011f&uuml;n atlamak yerine, tercih edilen besinlerin de\u011fi\u015ftirilmesinin kilo kayb\u0131na yard\u0131mc\u0131 oldu\u011fu unutulmamal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ekme\u011fi beslenme program\u0131ndan &ccedil;\u0131kar\u0131rsan\u0131z<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ekmek ve karbonhidrat i&ccedil;eren besinlerin a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 t&uuml;ketilmesi, diyetlerde &ouml;nerilmemektedir. Ancak ekme\u011fin diyetten tamamen &ccedil;\u0131kart\u0131lmas\u0131, olumsuz sonu&ccedil;lar do\u011furabilmektedir. Beslenmeden &ccedil;\u0131kart\u0131lan ekme\u011fin yerini, fark\u0131nda olmadan makarna, bulgur gibi farkl\u0131 karbonhidrat gruplar\u0131 alabilmektedir. Ekmekle birlikte b&uuml;t&uuml;n karbonhidratlar\u0131n beslenmeden &ccedil;\u0131kart\u0131lmas\u0131 ise kas kayb\u0131 riskini beraberinde getirmektedir. Dikkat edilmesi gereken ekmek ya da di\u011fer karbonhidratlar\u0131n t&uuml;ketim oran\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&Ouml;dem yapaca\u011f\u0131 d&uuml;\u015f&uuml;ncesi ile suyu az i&ccedil;erseniz<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Su t&uuml;ketiminin &ouml;dem yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 y&ouml;n&uuml;nde inan\u0131\u015f\u0131n aksine, gerekli miktarda su t&uuml;ketimi v&uuml;cutta &ouml;dem olu\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 engellemektedir. Sindirim enzimlerinin &ccedil;al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 i&ccedil;in gerekli olan suyun yeterli miktarda t&uuml;ketilmemesi, hem sindirim sistemini hem de metabolizmay\u0131 yava\u015flatmaktad\u0131r.&nbsp; G&uuml;nl&uuml;k su t&uuml;ketiminin gerekenden az olmas\u0131, &ccedil;ay veya kahve t&uuml;ketimin fazla olmas\u0131, v&uuml;cudu susuz b\u0131rakan, metabolizmay\u0131 yava\u015flatan ve \u015fi\u015fkinli\u011fe yani &ouml;deme sebep olan etkenlerdendir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u015eekerli diye meyve yemezseniz<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Meyveler fazla miktarda \u015feker i&ccedil;erirler ancak porsiyon kontrol&uuml; yap\u0131larak t&uuml;ketilmesi g&uuml;n i&ccedil;inde al\u0131nmas\u0131 gereken karbonhidrat, vitamin ve minerali sa\u011flar. Bununla birlikte meyvelerin antioksidan miktarlar\u0131 y&uuml;ksek oldu\u011fu i&ccedil;in metabolizmay\u0131 h\u0131zland\u0131r\u0131r ve hastal\u0131klara kar\u015f\u0131 koruma olu\u015fturmaktad\u0131r. G&uuml;n i&ccedil;inde ara &ouml;\u011f&uuml;nde ya da ana &ouml;\u011f&uuml;nden hemen sonra t&uuml;ketilmesi kilo art\u0131\u015f\u0131na neden olmamaktad\u0131r. Bu tip diyetlerde ba\u015flarda k\u0131sa s&uuml;rede kilo kayb\u0131 sa\u011flansa da metabolizman\u0131n bir s&uuml;re sonra yava\u015flamas\u0131yla kilo kayb\u0131 durmaktad\u0131r.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kilo ald\u0131rmayaca\u011f\u0131 d&uuml;\u015f&uuml;ncesi ile light &uuml;r&uuml;nlerden s\u0131k&ccedil;a t&uuml;ketirseniz<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>T&uuml;ketilen b&uuml;t&uuml;n besinlerde oldu\u011fu gibi light &uuml;r&uuml;nlerin de kalorisi bulunmaktad\u0131r. Light &uuml;r&uuml;nlerin kalorisi di\u011fer besinlere g&ouml;re daha az olmakla birlikte miktara dikkat etmeden t&uuml;ketmek kilo ald\u0131rabilir. Beyaz ekmek yerine kepekli ekmek t&uuml;ketmenin karbonhidrat al\u0131m\u0131na neden oldu\u011fu unutulmamal\u0131d\u0131r. Sirkeli ya da limonlu su t&uuml;ketimi de tek ba\u015f\u0131na ya\u011f yak\u0131m\u0131 sa\u011flamamaktad\u0131r. Limonlu ya da sirkeli sular\u0131n alkali de\u011feri y&uuml;ksektir ve metabolizmay\u0131 az da olsa h\u0131zland\u0131rabilmektedir.
