Asl\u0131nda uyku e\u011fitimi vermeye ba\u015flarken uyku d&uuml;zenine ait sistemlerin uygun olmas\u0131 gerek.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bu sistemlerin neler oldu\u011funu inceleyelim. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>1.) Fiziksel fakt&ouml;rler: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Fiziksel fakt&ouml;rler sizin ve bebe\u011finizin beslenme d&uuml;zeyi, sa\u011fl\u0131k durumu, g&uuml;nl&uuml;k olarak yap\u0131lan aktiviteler bu sayd\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z &ouml;zellikler uyku d&uuml;zenine ba\u015flarken &ccedil;ocu\u011fumuzun fiziksel fakt&ouml;rlerin uygun olup olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kolay bir \u015fekilde g&ouml;zlemlememizi sa\u011flar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2.) Sosyal duygusal fakt&ouml;rler:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&Ccedil;ocu\u011funuzun g&uuml;nl&uuml;k hayat\u0131n\u0131n,<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Karde\u015f var m\u0131?<\/li>\n<li>Kre\u015fe gidiyor mu?<\/li>\n<li>Ebeveynler olarak uyku e\u011fitimine ba\u015flamaya haz\u0131r m\u0131s\u0131n\u0131z?<\/li>\n<li>&Ccedil;evrenizde yard\u0131m alabilece\u011finiz ki\u015filer var m\u0131?&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>gibi sorulara cevap araman\u0131z gereken a\u015famad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3.) Geli\u015fimsel fakt&ouml;rler: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bu a\u015famada bebe\u011fin geli\u015fiminin nas\u0131l oldu\u011fu,<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Do\u011fum zaman\u0131 komplikasyonlar oldu mu?<\/li>\n<li>Bebe\u011fin do\u011fumu erken mi?<\/li>\n<li>Yoksa normal do\u011fum mu? oldu,<\/li>\n<li>Bebe\u011fin mizac\u0131 nas\u0131l,<\/li>\n<li>Bebe\u011finiz her hangi bir yeni geli\u015fimsel d&ouml;nemden ge&ccedil;iyor mu?&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Gibi sorulara yan\u0131t arayarak sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 yol haritas\u0131 &ccedil;&ouml;zebiliriz.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4.) &Ccedil;evresel ko\u015fullar:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&Ccedil;ocu\u011funuzun uyuyaca\u011f\u0131 ortam\u0131n uygun \u015fartlara sahip olmas\u0131 gerek. Bunlar ortam\u0131n karanl\u0131k olma durumu iyi ayarlanmal\u0131, odan\u0131n \u0131s\u0131s\u0131n\u0131, e\u015fyalar\u0131n yata\u011fa g&ouml;re pozisyonlar\u0131 &ccedil;ok &ouml;nemli incelenmesi gereken temel maddelerdir.<\/p>\n<p>&Ccedil;ocu\u011funuzun sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir uyku al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 olu\u015ftura bilmek i&ccedil;in yukar\u0131da sayd\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z d&ouml;rt maddeden olu\u015fan ( fiziksel, sosyal, geli\u015fimsel ve &ccedil;evresel) ko\u015fullarda ge&ccedil;en maddelere bakarak &ccedil;ocu\u011fumuza hem uygun ortam hem de huzurlu bir \u015fekilde uyumas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flam\u0131\u015f oluruz.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bebeklerde uyku e\u011fitimi hangi ayda ba\u015flar? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bebeklere do\u011fumlar\u0131ndan sonra 4. Aya kadar olan s&uuml;re boyunca uyku e\u011fitimini verilmesinin k&uuml;&ccedil;&uuml;k temelleri at\u0131lmaya ba\u015flanabilir. Ama uyku e\u011fitimi verilirken bebe\u011finizi zorlamadan, strese sokmadan uyku e\u011fitimini vermeniz tavsiye edilir.<\/p>\n<p>Bebe\u011finize uyku e\u011fitimi vermeye ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z d&ouml;nem bebe\u011finizin bu verece\u011finiz uyku e\u011fitimine haz\u0131r olup olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g&ouml;zlemlemeniz gerekmektedir. Bu g&ouml;zlemlemelere g&ouml;re uyku e\u011fitimine ba\u015flaman\u0131z daha do\u011fru olur.<\/p>\n<p>Bebe\u011finiz d&ouml;rd&uuml;nc&uuml; aya geldi\u011finde uyku e\u011fitimi vermeye ba\u015flarken, bebe\u011finiz \u015fayet bir destekle uyuyorsa ilk &ouml;nce o deste\u011fi b\u0131rakt\u0131rman\u0131z gerektirmektedir. Bu sayede &ccedil;ocu\u011funuzun kendi ba\u015f\u0131na uyumas\u0131n\u0131 &ouml;\u011frenmesini sa\u011flayacaks\u0131n\u0131zd\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hadi gelin belli aylara g&ouml;re nas\u0131l uyku e\u011fitimi vermeliyiz ona bakal\u0131m: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>0-3 ayl\u0131k bebeklerde uyku e\u011fitimi: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bebe\u011finizin d&uuml;nyaya yeni geldikleri i&ccedil;in ve d&uuml;nyaya uyum i&ccedil;inde olduklar\u0131 i&ccedil;in uyku d&uuml;zenlerinin bir d&uuml;zen i&ccedil;inde olmas\u0131 beklenmemeli.<\/p>\n<p>Bu aylara aras\u0131nda bulunan bebeklere uyku e\u011fitimi verilmesi yanl\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Bebekler do\u011fduktan sonra 3 ayl\u0131k olana kadar ortalama 17- 18 saat uyku uyurlar.<\/p>\n<p>Bebe\u011finizle uyku zaman\u0131n\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda arta kalan s&uuml;relerde vakit ge&ccedil;irmeli ve ilgilenmeniz daha do\u011fru olur. &Ccedil;&uuml;nk&uuml; bebe\u011finiz do\u011fdu\u011fu andan itibaren geli\u015fmeye ba\u015flar ve geli\u015firken de sizi g&ouml;zlemlerler.<\/p>\n<p>Bebe\u011finiz 6 haftal\u0131k olduktan sonra ona ( kitap okumal\u0131 ve yatmadan &ouml;nce besleyerek) g&uuml;zel bir uyku d&uuml;zeni olu\u015ftura bilirsiniz.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4-6 ayl\u0131k bebekler de uyku e\u011fitimi: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bebeklerin bu aylarda art\u0131k uyku ve uyan\u0131kl\u0131k d&uuml;zenleri bir d&uuml;zene girmeye ba\u015flar.<\/p>\n<p>Bebeklerinizin bu aylarda fazla uyumas\u0131n\u0131 istiyorsan\u0131z o zaman sizin i&ccedil;in uyku e\u011fitimini denemeniz bu d&ouml;nemde iyi bir se&ccedil;im olacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Bu aylarda bebe\u011finiz i&ccedil;in art\u0131k bir uyuma saati ve uyku i&ccedil;in haz\u0131rlama rutinleri yapabilirsiniz.<\/p>\n<p><strong>9-12 ayl\u0131k bebeklerde uyku e\u011fitimi: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bebekler bu d&ouml;nemde siz ebeveynlerin yan\u0131nda uyumak isteyebilir ve bebekleri s\u0131k a\u011flama krizleri tutabilir.<\/p>\n<p>Bu aylarda bebekler derin uykulara dalmaya bilir. &Ccedil;&uuml;nk&uuml; art\u0131k bebekler bu d&ouml;nemde fazla r&uuml;ya g&ouml;rmeye ba\u015flarlar.<\/p>\n<p>Bu aylar art\u0131k bebekleriniz i&ccedil;in di\u015f &ccedil;\u0131kartmaya ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 d&ouml;nemdir.
