Tatil d&ouml;n&uuml;\u015f&uuml; sendromundan hi&ccedil; etkilenmeyen grup ise i\u015fkolikler. Bu ki\u015filer yeniden kendilerini iyi hissettikleri ortama d&ouml;nd&uuml;kleri i&ccedil;in sorunsuz \u015fekilde &ccedil;al\u0131\u015fma hayatlar\u0131na devam edebiliyorlar.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130\u015f stresinden uzak ge&ccedil;irilen tatil d&ouml;n&uuml;\u015f&uuml;nde i\u015fe adapte olmak da ba\u015flang\u0131&ccedil;ta zor gelir. &Uuml;stelik adaptasyon s&uuml;reci ne kadar uzarsa ki\u015finin motivasyonunun o kadar azald\u0131\u011f\u0131 da bilinmelidir.<\/p>\n<p><a id=\"2\" name=\"2\"><\/a><strong>Sa\u011fl\u0131k sorunlar\u0131 ba\u015f g&ouml;steriyor!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u0130\u015f hayat\u0131na yeniden adapte olmak &ccedil;o\u011fu ki\u015fide s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131 yarat\u0131rken, uykusuzluk, ba\u015f a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131, sindirim sistemi bozukluklar\u0131 gibi birtak\u0131m sa\u011fl\u0131k sorunlar\u0131n\u0131n da ortaya &ccedil;\u0131kmas\u0131na neden oluyor. &Ouml;zellikle kayg\u0131 ve depresyona e\u011filimi olan ki\u015filer adapte olmakta daha fazla zorluk &ccedil;ekiyor.
