Uyku bozukluklar\u0131 genelde ki\u015finin psikososyal stres fakt&ouml;rlerine ve kayg\u0131 durumlar\u0131na g&ouml;sterdi\u011fi bir reaksiyondur. &Ouml;zellikle &ccedil;ocuklarda bu kayg\u0131 durumu ile ilgili uyku problemlerine s\u0131k bir \u015fekilde rastlan\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><strong>Gece Kabuslar\u0131:<\/strong> Gece kabuslar\u0131 genelde uykunun ikinci yar\u0131s\u0131nda meydana gelir . &Ccedil;ocuk etkisinde kald\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir olay\u0131 veya kayg\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 r&uuml;yas\u0131nda ya\u015fayabilir. Gece kabuslar\u0131nda &ccedil;ocuk genelde a\u011flayarak uyan\u0131r ve sakinle\u015ftirildikten sonra tekrar uykuya dalabilir. Ertesi g&uuml;n ise gece olan olay\u0131 hat\u0131rlar, kabusu size anlatabilir.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><strong>Gece Ter&ouml;r&uuml; (uyku ter&ouml;r&uuml;) :<\/strong> Gece ter&ouml;r&uuml;nde &ccedil;ocuk genelde gecenin ilk yar\u0131s\u0131nda veya ilk &uuml;&ccedil;te birlik k\u0131sm\u0131nda, yar\u0131 uyan\u0131k bir halde dola\u015fma, a\u011flama, konu\u015fma olabilir. &Ccedil;ocuk kendinde de\u011fildir. Sabah olup bitenleri hat\u0131rlamaz ve uyand\u0131r\u0131lmaya &ccedil;al\u0131\u015f\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda kolayl\u0131kla uyanmaz . &Uuml;&ccedil; be\u015f dakikadan sonra tekrar uykuya dalar. O s\u0131rada herhangi bir \u015fekilde kendini bir yere &ccedil;arparak veya yataktan d&uuml;\u015ferek yaralanma olabilir.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><strong>Uyurgezerlik :<\/strong> Uyurgezer &ccedil;ocuklar genelde gecenin ilk yar\u0131s\u0131nda kalk\u0131p gezerler , sabah olup biteni hat\u0131rlamazlar. Hatta evinden &ccedil;\u0131k\u0131p gidebilir veya pencereyi dahi a&ccedil;abilirler. Kendiliklerinden uyanabildikleri gibi hi&ccedil; uyanmadan tekrar uykuya dalabilirler. Yine gece ter&ouml;r&uuml;nde oldu\u011fu gibi, o s\u0131rada herhangi bir \u015fekilde kendini bir yere &ccedil;arparak veya yataktan d&uuml;\u015ferek yaralanma olabilir.<br \/>\n&Ouml;zellikle gece ter&ouml;r&uuml; ve uyurgezerlikte kap\u0131 ve pencereler kapal\u0131 olmal\u0131. &Ccedil;ocu\u011fun kendini yaralamas\u0131na izin vermeyecek \u015fekilde yatak ve oda dizayn edilmeli. Yap\u0131lan psikiyatrik muayene sonras\u0131 uyku bozuklu\u011funu k&ouml;t&uuml;le\u015ftiren nedenler varsa onlar kontrol edilmeli ve ortadan kald\u0131r\u0131lmaya &ccedil;al\u0131\u015f\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.
