Spor aktiviteleri, e\u011flenceli ve sosyal bir ortam yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 i&ccedil;in, bu ya\u015f grubunda sosyal ki\u015filik ve &ouml;z g&uuml;ven erken olu\u015fur. Bundan dolay\u0131 &ouml;zellikle geli\u015fmi\u015f &uuml;lkelerde her t&uuml;rl&uuml; alt yap\u0131 olu\u015fturulup &ccedil;ocuklar\u0131n organize bir spora kat\u0131l\u0131mlar\u0131 her y\u0131l artmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Amerika Birle\u015fik Devletlerinde 1992-2002 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda, organize bir spora kat\u0131lan &ccedil;ocuk say\u0131s\u0131 % 8.4, ad&ouml;lesan say\u0131s\u0131 ise % 15.4 olarak bildirilmi\u015ftir. Avrupa &uuml;lkelerinde ise 6-11 ya\u015f grubu &ccedil;ocuklar\u0131n spora kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131, &uuml;lkeden &uuml;lkeye de\u011fi\u015fmek &uuml;zere, %53-98 olarak verilmi\u015ftir. Kendi &Uuml;lkemizin &ccedil;ocuklar\u0131 i&ccedil;in &ccedil;\u0131kar\u0131lm\u0131\u015f istatistiki bilgi olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi gerek bu ya\u015f grubuna y&ouml;nelik ilgili yasal d&uuml;zenlenme gerekse toplumun bilin&ccedil; d&uuml;zeyi ve altyap\u0131 eksiklikleri konusunda yolun hen&uuml;z ba\u015f\u0131nday\u0131z. Yapaca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z &ccedil;ok \u015fey var &hellip;ge&ccedil; kalmadan&hellip; aksi halde &ccedil;ocuklar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n TV, bilgisayar ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve hareket azl\u0131\u011f\u0131 dolays\u0131yla &ldquo;fazla kilo &ldquo; problemi &ccedil;\u0131\u011f gibi b&uuml;y&uuml;yor..<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Sporcularda beslenme, antrenman programlar\u0131n\u0131n en &ouml;nemli b&ouml;l&uuml;m&uuml;n&uuml; olu\u015fturur, sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131- dengeli beslenme; sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 b&uuml;y&uuml;me &ndash;geli\u015fmenin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra, optimal bir performans elde etmeyi sa\u011flar.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Ya\u015fam\u0131nda d&uuml;zenli olarak sportif bir aktivite yapan &ccedil;ocuklar\u0131n TV ve Bilgisayar ba\u015f\u0131nda ge&ccedil;en zaman\u0131 azald\u0131\u011f\u0131 i&ccedil;in, &ccedil;ocu\u011fun obezite (\u015fi\u015fmanl\u0131k), diyabet ve hipertansiyon gibi sistemik hastal\u0131klar\u0131nda olu\u015fum riski azal\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca kemik ve kas yap\u0131s\u0131ndaki g&uuml;&ccedil;lenmeye ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak ayn\u0131 ya\u015f grubunda herhangi bir egzersizle u\u011fra\u015fmayan ya\u015f\u0131tlar\u0131na g&ouml;re daha fit ve dayan\u0131kl\u0131d\u0131r. Kolay kolay herhangi bir kazaya maruz kalmaz.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">\n&Ccedil;ocuklar\u0131n b&uuml;y&uuml;me ve geli\u015fmeleri i&ccedil;in gerekli olan t&uuml;m besin maddeleri ve enerjinin eksiksiz olarak al\u0131nmas\u0131 gerekmektedir Spor yapan &ccedil;ocuk, ad&ouml;lesan ve gen&ccedil; atletlerin beslenmesi anne ve babalar\u0131 ba\u015fta olmak &uuml;zere, &ccedil;ocu\u011fun kendisi ve antren&ouml;r&uuml; taraf\u0131ndan &ccedil;ok dikkate al\u0131nmamaktad\u0131r. Oysa &ccedil;ocuk ve ad&ouml;lesan atletlerin beslenmeleri, &ouml;ncelikle kul&uuml;p diyetisyeni (spor kul&uuml;plerimizin &ccedil;o\u011funda ne yaz\u0131k ki diyetisyen yoktur) , spor hekimi ve antren&ouml;r&uuml; ile birlikte anne ve babalar\u0131n g&ouml;zetimi alt\u0131nda olmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><strong>Enerji:<\/strong> &Ccedil;ocuk ve ad&ouml;lesanlarda b&uuml;y&uuml;me ve geli\u015fmeyi sa\u011flayacak , gerekli g&uuml;nl&uuml;k enerji miktarlar\u0131na ilave olarak; spor yapan &ccedil;ocukta fiziksel aktivite nedeniyle g&uuml;nl&uuml;k harcanan enerji miktar\u0131 daha da y&uuml;ksektir. &Ccedil;ocu\u011fun ya\u015f\u0131, boyu, kilosu cinsiyet farkl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131 , yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 egzersizin tipi, yo\u011funlu\u011fu ve s&uuml;resi g&uuml;nl&uuml;k enerji miktar\u0131n\u0131 etkileyen &ouml;nemli fakt&ouml;rlerdir. Recomended Daily Amount (RDA) belirtilen 7-10 ya\u015f sedanter ( hareketsiz ) &ccedil;ocuklar\u0131n ortalama g&uuml;nl&uuml;k kalori gereksinimi 1900-2000 kcal\/g&uuml;n, adolesanlar\u0131n ise 2150-2880 kcal\/g&uuml;n olarak verilmi\u015ftir .Oysa ayn\u0131 ya\u015f atlet &ccedil;ocuklar\u0131n ortalama 3000-4000 kcal\/g&uuml;n, atlet ad&ouml;lesanlarda ise 5000 kcal\/g&uuml;n olarak belirtilmi\u015ftir .<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Gen&ccedil; atletlerde g&uuml;nl&uuml;k total enerji diyetle % 55-60 karbonhidratlar, % 12-15 protein ve %25-35 ya\u011flardan temin edilmesi gerekti\u011fi bildirilmi\u015ftir. &Ccedil;ocuk ve ad&ouml;lesanlarda g&uuml;nl&uuml;k enerji de\u011feri &uuml;zerinden, g&uuml;nde fazla say\u0131da servis yaparak, ara &ouml;\u011f&uuml;nler ile birlikte &ouml;\u011f&uuml;n say\u0131s\u0131 art\u0131r\u0131larak (7 gibi) , beslenme plan\u0131 yap\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r .<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><strong>Protein:<\/strong> &Ccedil;ocuk ve ad&ouml;lesan atletlerin spesifik protein ihtiya&ccedil;lar\u0131 ile ilgili yeterli &ccedil;al\u0131\u015fma yoktur. &Ccedil;ocuk ve ad&ouml;lesan atletlerde g&uuml;nl&uuml;k al\u0131nan enerji harcanan enerjiyi kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131yor ise protein ihtiyac\u0131 1.70- 2.12 g\/kg-1\/g&uuml;n-1 olarak bildirilmektedir.Al\u0131nan proteinlerin sadece hayvansal kaynakl\u0131 de\u011fil, bitkisel kaynakl\u0131 da olmas\u0131na dikkat edilmelidir. Protein supplementleri-ekleri (protein tozlar\u0131 gibi) al\u0131nmas\u0131na gerek yoktur.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><strong>Karbonhidrat:<\/strong> &Ccedil;ocuk ve adel&ouml;san atletlerin karbonhidrat ihtiyac\u0131 ile ilgili yeterli bilgi yoktur. Antrenmanlar ve dayan\u0131kl\u0131l\u0131k sporlar\u0131nda kas ve karaci\u011fer glikojen depolar\u0131 yeterince dolmad\u0131\u011f\u0131nda erken yorgunluk ve performans d&uuml;\u015f&uuml;kl&uuml;\u011f&uuml; g&ouml;r&uuml;l&uuml;r.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><strong>Ya\u011f:<\/strong> &Ccedil;ocuk atletlerde total enerjinin % 35-39&rsquo; nun , adolesan atletlerde ise % 35 inin ya\u011flardan temin edilmesi; diyette sature ya\u011f oran\u0131n\u0131n % 10 &uuml;zerinde olmamas\u0131 gerekti\u011fi belirtilmektedir.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Ad&ouml;lesan atletlerin b&uuml;y&uuml;me geli\u015fme ve fiziksel aktiviteleri i&ccedil;in esansiyel ya\u011f asitlerin (linoleik ve linolenik asit) mutlaka al\u0131nmas\u0131 gerekir. Beslenmede ya\u011f al\u0131n\u0131m\u0131 ya\u011fda eriyen vitaminlerin ve karotenlerin emilimi i&ccedil;in de esast\u0131r.
