G&uuml;nl&uuml;k beslenmemizde ortalama 25-30 gram posa t&uuml;ketebilirsek v&uuml;cudumuzu toksinlerden ar\u0131nd\u0131rm\u0131\u015f ve bir&ccedil;ok hastal\u0131ktan ( kab\u0131zl\u0131k, kalp damar hastal\u0131klar\u0131, kanser, &ouml;zellikle kolon kanseri ) kendimizi korumu\u015f oluruz.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Modern d&uuml;nya insan\u0131n\u0131n her ge&ccedil;en g&uuml;n de\u011fi\u015fen beslenme al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klar\u0131, &ouml;\u011f&uuml;n ge&ccedil;i\u015ftirme, zaman darl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 problem ederek kolay haz\u0131rlanan ayakta, h\u0131zl\u0131 t&uuml;ketilen, olabildi\u011fince ya\u011f i&ccedil;eri\u011fi bol k\u0131zartma t&uuml;r&uuml; g\u0131dalarla , raf &ouml;mr&uuml; uzun i\u015flenmi\u015f ve yar\u0131 i\u015flenmi\u015f g\u0131dalar\u0131n g&uuml;nl&uuml;k t&uuml;ketim miktar\u0131 ve s\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 artt\u0131k&ccedil;a posadan daha fakir beslenmeye adeta &ouml;zendiriliyoruz.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Her t&uuml;rl&uuml; sebze ve meyvenin her mevsim bol bulundu\u011fu d&uuml;nyan\u0131n en \u015fansl\u0131 co\u011frafyas\u0131n\u0131n insanlar\u0131 olarak bizler, her ge&ccedil;en g&uuml;n geli\u015fmi\u015f &uuml;lkelerin terk etmeye ciddi kaynak ay\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 fast food t&uuml;r&uuml; beslenmeye ve safla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f g\u0131dalar\u0131 t&uuml;ketmeye &ouml;zendiriliyoruz. Baz\u0131 uluslar aras\u0131 dev \u015firketlerin ileti\u015fim teknolojisinin t&uuml;m kanallar\u0131n\u0131 ( reklam, yaz\u0131l\u0131, g&ouml;rsel medya ) kullanarak bizim gibi geli\u015fmekte olan &uuml;lke insanlar\u0131na adeta zorla dayat\u0131lan end&uuml;striyel g\u0131dalar ve beslenme modellerine kar\u015f\u0131 uyan\u0131k, bilin&ccedil;li ve se&ccedil;ici olmak zorunday\u0131z.
