Basma kal\u0131p, eski ve kat\u0131 kurallar, g&uuml;ncelli\u011fini yitirmi\u015f kavramlar, yeti\u015fkinlerce benimsenmi\u015f ancak anla\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131, kavranmas\u0131 zor ve ge&ccedil;erlili\u011fini kaybetmi\u015f davran\u0131\u015f ve tutumlar, geleneksel e\u011fitim metotlar\u0131 bu &ldquo;duvar&rdquo;\u0131 olu\u015fturmaktad\u0131r. Geli\u015fim s&uuml;recinde &ccedil;ocuk &ouml;nce ya\u015fayan toplumdaki yeni k&uuml;lt&uuml;rel de\u011ferler ve rolleri &ouml;\u011frenmesi i&ccedil;in desteklenmelidir. Daha sonra &ccedil;ocuk, geli\u015fimini engelleyen ve eski de\u011fer yarg\u0131lar\u0131ndan olu\u015fan &ldquo;duvar&rdquo;la kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131nda bu &ldquo;duvar&rdquo;\u0131 kendi kendine a\u015fmay\u0131 ba\u015farmal\u0131d\u0131r. &Ccedil;ocuk e\u011fitiminde ama&ccedil; &ccedil;ocu\u011fun kendi kendine yeterli hale gelmesi ve kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 engellerle ba\u015fa &ccedil;\u0131kmas\u0131d\u0131r. Reggio Emilia yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131na g&ouml;re bu amaca ula\u015fmak i&ccedil;in \u015fu ko\u015fullar yerine getirilmelidir. <\/p>\n<p>&bull; &Ccedil;ocu\u011fun geli\u015fiminde bir &ccedil;ok probleme sebep olan mevcut pedagojik, toplumsal ve k&uuml;lt&uuml;rel politikan\u0131n &ccedil;ocuk &uuml;zerindeki &ouml;rseleyici etkisi engellenmelidir. <\/p>\n<p>&bull; G&ouml;zlem, i\u015fitme, bellek, imge, sebep bulma, kavramsalla\u015ft\u0131rma ve daha bir &ccedil;ok zihinsel s&uuml;re&ccedil; yard\u0131m\u0131 &ccedil;ocuklar\u0131n kendi fiziksel ve sosyal &ccedil;evrelerinin etkilerine ve yeti\u015fkinlerin bask\u0131lar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 koyacak \u015fekilde kapasitelerini kullanmalar\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak gerekir.<\/p>\n<p>&bull; &Ccedil;ocuklara kendini ifade etme &ouml;zg&uuml;rl&uuml;\u011f&uuml; ve d&uuml;nyay\u0131 de\u011ferlendirme &ouml;zg&uuml;rl&uuml;\u011f&uuml; tan\u0131nmal\u0131 ve &ouml;zerklik te\u015fvik edilmelidir. <\/p>\n<p>&bull; &Ccedil;ocuklar\u0131n &ouml;zg&uuml;rl&uuml;k, merak ve imgelerini te\u015fvik etmek i&ccedil;in &ouml;\u011frenme ve bilgi edinme s&uuml;recinde onlara f\u0131rsatlar sa\u011flanmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>&bull; Bilgi edinmek ve yorumlamak i&ccedil;in imgenin geli\u015fmesi gerekir. Yarat\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k ve zihinsel etkinliklerin birlikte geli\u015fmesi ve b&uuml;t&uuml;nle\u015fmesi i&ccedil;in b&uuml;t&uuml;n sanat dallar\u0131 kadar bilim de temel olarak al\u0131nmal\u0131d\u0131r. <\/p>\n<p>&bull; Derinlemesine d&uuml;\u015f&uuml;nme, yorum yapma, nesneler ve olaylar hakk\u0131nda &ouml;z&uuml;msemeler yapabilmesi amac\u0131yla &ccedil;ocu\u011fun hem potansiyelini hem kapasitesini kullanmas\u0131 i&ccedil;in onun aktif olmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak gerekir. Sosyal iletimde b&uuml;t&uuml;n &ccedil;ocuklar ayn\u0131 potansiyele, haz\u0131r bulunu\u015flu\u011fa ve meraka sahiptir. \u0130li\u015fki kurmada ve problem &ccedil;&ouml;zme konular\u0131nda toplum onlara gerekli ortam\u0131 sa\u011flar. &Ccedil;ocuklar i&ccedil;in aktivitelere kat\u0131lmak, hata yapmak ve sonra kendi hatalar\u0131n\u0131 d&uuml;zeltmek &ouml;nemlidir. Bu yakla\u015f\u0131m, yarat\u0131c\u0131 problem &ccedil;&ouml;z&uuml;m&uuml;nde etkin olmay\u0131 ve gerekli olan f\u0131rsatlar\u0131 yaratmay\u0131 destekler. &Ouml;\u011fretmenler &ccedil;ocuklar\u0131n bu konuda &ouml;zg&uuml;r iradelerini kullanmalar\u0131na m&uuml;saade etmeli ve sayg\u0131 duymal\u0131 &ccedil;ocuklar\u0131 bu konuda yeterli olmaya y&ouml;nlendirmelidirler. <\/p>\n<p>Reggio &ouml;\u011fretmenleri problemlere &ccedil;&ouml;z&uuml;m &uuml;retmek yerine &ccedil;ocuklar\u0131n uygun &ccedil;&ouml;z&uuml;mlere kendi kendilerine ula\u015fmalar\u0131 i&ccedil;in y&ouml;nlendirirler. &Ccedil;ocuk merkezli Reggio Emilia okullar\u0131n\u0131n &ouml;\u011fretim program\u0131 &ccedil;ocuklar\u0131n hayat dolu, g&uuml;&ccedil;l&uuml; ve kendilerine g&uuml;venli olarak yeti\u015fmelerine dayan\u0131r. Reggio Emilia okullar\u0131nda okul-aile i\u015fbirli\u011fi &ouml;nemlidir, aileler okulda &ccedil;al\u0131\u015f\u0131rlar. E\u011fitimsel ve psikolojik alanlarda ailelerle diyalog vard\u0131r. Aileler &ccedil;ocuklar\u0131n &ouml;\u011frenme deneyimlerinin aktif birer par&ccedil;as\u0131d\u0131r. Reggio Emilia okullar\u0131nda &ouml;\u011frenme etkinlikleri projelerle &ouml;\u011frenme esas\u0131na dayan\u0131r. &Ouml;\u011fretmenlerin &ccedil;al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 pedagojik koordinat&ouml;rler taraf\u0131ndan geli\u015ftirilir. Projeler birbirleriyle alakal\u0131 konulara dayan\u0131r. G&ouml;lge yans\u0131mas\u0131, ku\u015flar i&ccedil;in e\u011flence park\u0131, dinozorlar, \u015fehirde ya\u011fmur, Amerika&rsquo;dan \u0130talya&rsquo;ya yolculuk v.b. <\/p>\n<p>Projelerde ; <br \/>\n&bull; Konu se&ccedil;imi &ccedil;ocuklar\u0131n ilgilerine ve deneyimlerine g&ouml;re yap\u0131l\u0131r. <\/p>\n<p>&bull; Proje i&ccedil;eri\u011fi &ouml;\u011frenciler taraf\u0131ndan belirlenir. <\/p>\n<p>&bull; Projeler b&uuml;y&uuml;k gruplardan &ccedil;ok k&uuml;&ccedil;&uuml;k gruplarla uygulan\u0131r. <\/p>\n<p>&bull; Projeler matematik, fen, yaz\u0131, m&uuml;zik ve sosyal &ccedil;al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 i&ccedil;ermektedir. <\/p>\n<p>&bull; Projeler i&ccedil;in dok&uuml;manlar gereklidir ve bu dok&uuml;manlar\u0131 sa\u011flamak &ouml;\u011fretmenlerin g&ouml;revidir. &Ouml;\u011fretmenlerin se&ccedil;ti\u011fi en iyi &ouml;\u011frenme yolu soru sormad\u0131r. &Ouml;\u011fretmenler konular ile ilgili olarak &ccedil;ocuklar\u0131n ilgi kurarak &ouml;\u011frenmelerini sa\u011flayacak kitaplar ve di\u011fer malzemeleri sa\u011flarlar. Proje &ccedil;al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n dok&uuml;manlar\u0131, foto\u011fraflar\u0131 ve &ccedil;ocuklar\u0131n &ccedil;al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 Reggio okullar\u0131n\u0131n duvarlar\u0131nda sergilenir. \u0130talya&rsquo;da Reggio Emilia Yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 etkin olarak uygulanmakla birlikte yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131n etkileri &ouml;zellikle Amerika, Avusturalya ve \u0130skandinav &uuml;lkeleri gibi d&uuml;nyan\u0131n &ccedil;e\u015fitli b&ouml;lgelerinde g&ouml;r&uuml;lmektedir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Reggio Emilia Yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n Dayand\u0131\u011f\u0131 Temel G&ouml;r&uuml;\u015fler<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Farkl\u0131 alanlardan bir&ccedil;ok bilim adam\u0131n\u0131n Reggio Emilia yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131na katk\u0131s\u0131 olmu\u015ftur. Bunlar\u0131n aras\u0131nda en &ouml;nemlileri Bruno Ciari, John Dewey, Jean Piaget, Lev Vygotsky&rsquo;dir. <\/p>\n<p>Bruno Ciari, \u0130talya&rsquo;da 1950&rsquo;li y\u0131llarda ba\u015flayan &ldquo;\u0130\u015fbirlikli &Ouml;\u011frenme&rdquo; hareketinin &ouml;nc&uuml;s&uuml;d&uuml;r. Okullar\u0131n &ccedil;ocuklar\u0131n enerjilerini c&ouml;mert&ccedil;e kullanabilecekleri nitelikte olmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini, bunun &ccedil;ocuklar\u0131n geli\u015fimleri a&ccedil;\u0131s\u0131ndan &ouml;nemli oldu\u011funu belirtmi\u015ftir. Bruno Ciari, s\u0131n\u0131flarda bir &ouml;\u011fretmen yerine iki &ouml;\u011fretmen bulunmas\u0131n\u0131n ve bu &ouml;\u011fretmenlerin hiyerar\u015fi olmaks\u0131z\u0131n denge i&ccedil;inde &ccedil;al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 sonucu e\u011fitim-&ouml;\u011fretim etkinliklerinin daha verimli olabilece\u011fini ve &ccedil;ocuklar\u0131n gruplar halinde &ccedil;al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n onlar\u0131n sosyal geli\u015fimleri a&ccedil;\u0131s\u0131ndan gerekli oldu\u011funu savunmu\u015ftur. Ayr\u0131ca, Ciari fiziksel &ccedil;evre okulun d&ouml;rd&uuml;nc&uuml; &ouml;\u011fretmenidir fikrini ortaya atm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r .<\/p>\n<p>John Dewey, progressive e\u011fitimi savunmu\u015f ve okullarda proje tabanl\u0131 &ouml;\u011frenme uygulamalar\u0131n gerekti\u011fini vurgulam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. O e\u011fitim, &ouml;\u011fretim etkinliklerinin aktif ve geli\u015ftirici olmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini &ccedil;ocuklar\u0131n demokratik bir ortamda e\u011fitim almalar\u0131n\u0131n onlar\u0131n her alandaki geli\u015fimleri a&ccedil;\u0131s\u0131ndan &ouml;nemli oldu\u011funu vurgulam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Jean Piaget, Reggio Emilia teoristleri yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 yap\u0131land\u0131r\u0131rken Piaget&rsquo;nin bili\u015fsel ve ahlak geli\u015fimi a\u015famalar\u0131ndan yararlanm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Lev Vygotsky, &ccedil;ocuklar\u0131n &ouml;\u011frenme projelerine yeti\u015fkinlerin de aktif olarak kat\u0131l\u0131ms\u0131 oldu\u011fu bir e\u011fitim ortam\u0131n\u0131n gereklili\u011fini savunmu\u015ftur (Epstein, 1999). &Ccedil;ocuklar\u0131n sosyal ortamlarda daha sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 &ouml;\u011frenebilece\u011fini &ouml;rne\u011fin partnerlerinin de bilgileriyle &ouml;\u011frenmelerinin g&uuml;&ccedil;lenip geli\u015fece\u011fini savunmu\u015ftur. Bu g&ouml;r&uuml;\u015flerden hareketle Reggio Emilia yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n temel g&ouml;r&uuml;\u015fleri ortaya &ccedil;\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. &Ouml;zetle projede &ccedil;ocu\u011fun geli\u015fimine genetik, yap\u0131c\u0131 ve ekolojik bir yakla\u015f\u0131mla bak\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Bu bak\u0131mdan projede \u015fu temel g&ouml;r&uuml;\u015fler yer almaktad\u0131r. <\/p>\n<p>&bull; &Ccedil;ocuklar hi&ccedil; bitmeyecek bir merak ve &ouml;\u011frenme &ccedil;abas\u0131 i&ccedil;indedirler. <\/p>\n<p>&bull; &Ccedil;ocuklar\u0131n &ouml;\u011frenme s&uuml;recinde &ouml;zg&uuml;r olmalar\u0131 gereklidir. <\/p>\n<p>&bull; &Ccedil;ocuklar bilgi edinmede oyun, g&ouml;zlem ve duyular\u0131n\u0131 kullan\u0131rlar. <\/p>\n<p>&bull; &Ccedil;ocuklar, bilgileri organize etmek i&ccedil;in ipu&ccedil;lar\u0131ndan yararlan\u0131r, var olan a&ccedil;\u0131klamalardan hareket ederler ve &ccedil;evre ile etkile\u015fimde bulunurlar, b&ouml;ylece deneyim kazan\u0131rlar. <\/p>\n<p>&bull; &Ccedil;ocuklar\u0131n &ouml;\u011frenme s\u0131ras\u0131nda kulland\u0131klar\u0131 en &ouml;nemli mekanizmalardan biri alg\u0131d\u0131r. <\/p>\n<p>&bull; &Ccedil;ocu\u011fun &ouml;\u011frenme ve bilgi edinmede zihinsel kapasitesini de kullanmas\u0131 &ouml;nemlidir. Zihinsel geli\u015fimde genlerin etkisi inkar edilmemektedir. <\/p>\n<p>&bull; &Ccedil;ocu\u011fun &ccedil;evre ile etkile\u015fim kurmada kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131 ara&ccedil; ise dildir. <\/p>\n<p>&bull; &Ccedil;ocuklar\u0131n &ccedil;evre ile etkile\u015fimde &ouml;nemli hedeflerden biriside g&ouml;rsel e\u011fitimdir. Reggio Emilia yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131na g&ouml;re her &ccedil;ocu\u011fun iyi bir bak\u0131m ve sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 e\u011fitim alma hakk\u0131 vard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Reggio Emilia Yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131nda Aile<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Reggio Emilia yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131nda aileler e\u011fitimin &ouml;\u011fretim etkinliklerinde aktif rol oynarlar. Reggio Emilia okullar\u0131nda ebeveyinler i&ccedil;inde &ccedil;e\u015fitli konularda e\u011fitim programlar\u0131 vard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Reggio Emilia Yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131nda &Ouml;\u011fretmen<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Reggio Emilia yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n en &ouml;nemli &ouml;zelli\u011fi &ouml;\u011fretmenlerin &ldquo;&ouml;\u011frenen&rdquo; olarak g&ouml;r&uuml;lmesidir. &Ouml;\u011fretmenler her s\u0131n\u0131fta e\u015fit haklara sahip bireyler olarak &ccedil;al\u0131\u015f\u0131r. Di\u011fer &ouml;\u011fretmenler ve personel ile kendi i\u015fleri, &ccedil;ocuklar\u0131n i\u015fleri hakk\u0131nda s&uuml;rekli tart\u0131\u015f\u0131r ve yorum yapar. Onlar di\u011fer &ouml;\u011fretmenlerle g&ouml;zlem yaparlar, konu\u015fmalar\u0131 kaydederler, &ccedil;ocuklar\u0131 kameraya kaydederler. Onlar b&uuml;t&uuml;n g&ouml;zlemlerini di\u011fer &ouml;\u011fretmenler ve ailelerle payla\u015f\u0131rlar ve daha sonra &ouml;\u011frencilerin spontane etkinliklerini geni\u015fletebilmenin yolunu ararlar. Reggio &ouml;\u011fretmenleri &ccedil;ocuklar, ebeveyinler ve di\u011fer g&ouml;revlilerle birlikte &ccedil;al\u0131\u015farak &ccedil;ocuklar\u0131n daha &ouml;nceden bildiklerini ortaya &ccedil;\u0131kar\u0131r. &Ccedil;ocuklar\u0131n ilgi ve yeteneklerine dayanan projeleri haz\u0131rlar ve &ccedil;ocuklar\u0131n bu proje konular\u0131 ile ilgili bilgi seviyelerini desteklerler.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Reggio Emilia Yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131nda &Ccedil;evre<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Reggio Emilia yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131na g&ouml;re iyi bir &ccedil;evre &ccedil;ocu\u011fun se&ccedil;ebilece\u011fi bir&ccedil;ok alternatifin bulundu\u011fu, ili\u015fkiye ge&ccedil;mede onu motive edebilen bir unsurdur. Reggio Emilia okullar\u0131nda &ccedil;evre e\u011fitimsel etkinliklere tam kat\u0131l\u0131ml\u0131 olan elemand\u0131r. Hatta ortam i&ccedil;in &ldquo;&ouml;\u011fretmenin kendisi&rdquo; deyimi kullan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Ancak ortamla kastedilen sadece fiziki &ccedil;evre de\u011fil ayn\u0131 zamanda sosyal &ccedil;evredir. Bu nedenle Reggio Emilia okullar\u0131n\u0131n merkezlerinde yeti\u015fkinler ve &ccedil;ocuklar aras\u0131ndaki ileti\u015fimi kolayla\u015ft\u0131rmak amac\u0131yla b&uuml;t&uuml;n &ccedil;ocuklar\u0131n ve &ouml;\u011fretmenlerin birlikte bulunabilece\u011fi b&uuml;y&uuml;k bir alan bulunur. S\u0131n\u0131flar ise bu a&ccedil;\u0131k alan\u0131n etraf\u0131na d&uuml;zenlenmi\u015ftir. &Ccedil;ocuklar ve yeti\u015fkinler g&uuml;n boyunca bu alan\u0131 kullanmak zorundad\u0131rlar. Reggio okullar\u0131nda hi&ccedil; kimse kendisini ba\u015fkalar\u0131n\u0131n g&ouml;rd&uuml;\u011f&uuml; gibi g&ouml;rme \u015fans\u0131na sahip de\u011fildir d&uuml;\u015f&uuml;ncesinden hareket edilerek duvarlara k&ouml;\u015feli olarak yan yana getirilen aynalar yerle\u015ftirilir ve b&ouml;ylece &ccedil;ocuklar\u0131n kendilerini bir nebze olsun ba\u015fkalar\u0131n\u0131n g&ouml;rd&uuml;\u011f&uuml; gibi g&ouml;zlemleyebilmeleri sa\u011flan\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca, &ccedil;ocuklar\u0131n i&ccedil;ine girip oynayabilecekleri &uuml;&ccedil;gen prizmalar, konveks ve konkav aynalar okullar\u0131n bir&ccedil;ok yerinde kullan\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Reggio Emilia okullar\u0131nda duvarlar &ccedil;ocuklar\u0131n resimleri ve di\u011fer &ccedil;al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 ile doludur. Bu t&uuml;r g&ouml;rsel sunumlar &ouml;\u011frencilerinin &ouml;\u011frenmelerinin peki\u015fmesi ve &ouml;\u011fretmenler, anne-babalar ve &ccedil;ocuklar aras\u0131ndaki ileti\u015fimin \u015fekillenmesinde &ouml;nemlidir.
